In 2007, Berman NJ Property Maintenance merged with Amidoni Construction Inc., a premier central Florida contractor. The merger allowed Berman to leverage Amidoni's inhouse resources to self perform work. Berman was able to dramatically reduce operating cost and offer customers the most competitive pricing in the market. Amidoni's Chief Executive Officer became the President and Chief Operating Officer of Berman NJ Property Maintenance.
Between 2007 and 2008, Berman doubled its revenues. Berman NJ Property Maintenance has quickly become a premier property maintenance and construction firm.
Best practice methodologies employed and mastered over a broad client base has allowed for Berman to hone its programs and reduce cost to our clients. Managers cross trained in multiple fields address all issues related to maintenance and construction of a property, often times outside of contracted scope of work. In this way, our clients view us as a value-added operational partner, rather than a contractor, and that's how we view ourselves, a partner in our client's success.
Berman provides maintenance solutions on over a million square feet of commercial property, in addition to community, residential, and mixed use properties. We welcome challenges. We know that challenges present opportunity, and we begin the day eager to work to meet our clients changing needs. Berman-developed project management systems and preventative maintenance programs deliver reduced costs, and protect the long term value of our client's investment. Berman is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, and maintains a regional office in NJ and South Florida.
Most work is performed in-house by Berman trained employees. All Berman employees carry the necessary certifications and are experts in their respective fields.
